Spidersat Communications

Based in Tanzania, Africa, Spidersat Communications is an innovative provider of global satellite communications systems including VSAT, satellite telephones and mobile satellite internet modems.

Products and services include mobile satellite phones (Mini-M), portable satellite internet access (Regional BGAN) and regular fixed VSAT terminals for businesses, internet cafes and local ISPs.

Thrane M4 GAN satellite phones and Thuraya satellite phones are also available.

Their VSAT systems provide both dedicated SCPC links as well as multi-destination carriers for mesh-networking so that a group of associated VSATs can communicate directly with one another. SCPC is suitable for VoIP phone calls.
