George Mbogoh Kariuki

George Mbogoh Kariuki is a VSAT technician and a Kenyan citizen.

He has done work at various sites being responsible for doing both VSAT installation and maintenance of equipment.

He has set up services on many satellites: INTELSAT 901, 902, 904, 905, 906, 907, 802,10-02, PAS10, NSS7, AB3, EUTELSAT W3A, AMC12 and dealt with the respective international organisations.

He has worked on variety of types of modems: iDirect, Dialway, 360, Comstream, Scopus, Comtech, Vbox downlink plus the installation of marine surveillance radar and VHF systems.

Working experience:  Gilat Alldean, Satellite Option, Ultimate Technic.  He is currently working with the Bongo telecommunication company.
 
He is based in Nairobi, Kenya and has undertaken various installations in Africa: Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Somalia, Zanzibar.
