About us

Chris Johnston started aqua-natal classes as a midwife in Chelmsford in 1996 at Pontlands Park Hotel.

Birthlight in Chelmsford was founded in 2001, when Baby Massage, BabyYoga classes and Baby Swimming classes were added.

Since then Gemma Sinclair has qualified and joined the team.
