Water-Baby Safety for Mums and Babies

All the teachers are STA and Birthlight qualified.

We attend regular Continual Professional Update days and are either a lifeguard as well (Gemma) or have the National Poolside Rescue qualification (Chris and Liz).

We always have two instructors teaching in the water. This means we can give a lot of individual attention.

We also have a lifeguard on the side. They can get an overall view of the class, carefully watching all the mums and babies, which is not easy for us to do when we are in the water. The lifeguards are an important part of the team.
