Yogacise: Antenatal classesFriendly, fun, land based, ante-natal exercise classes in the home environment for you and your baby during pregnancy. Anytime from 32 weeks onwards. The classes focus on breathing awareness, gentle yoga based exercises and movements helpful for pregnancy and childbirth. Learn about how to get baby into optimal position for labour. Lots of helpful hints to assist you through labour. Classes are weekly in Chelmsford, on Thursdays 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm. Come till baby is born. Yogacise classes are run by a fully qualified Birthlight Yogacise instructor and experienced retired midwife. Feedback on the classes has been very positive with many mums needing very little pain relief other than their own breathing awareness.
