I am aware that a number of satellite internet access terminals have been recently cut off due to problems with making payments to the local agents.
I have received the following message from Bentley Walker who are trying hard to get such terminals reconnected by direct payment via credit card.

We are aware of the importance of having an internet service whilst on active
duty, if you are dealing directly with us you will never have a problem, but due
to the security situations in the middle-east and especially Iraq we are aware
that a lot of users are disconnected.
This is usually due to the fact the local agent is unable to be located.
If anybody you know has a Hughes, LinkStar or iDirect system then we can help you get reconnected, particularly as we offer credit card facilities.
Systems may not have necessarily been purchased from us but please give our email address to anybody who needs help reconnecting.
