Dear all:

We are submitting a funding proposal to the EU Water Facility. We need a complete quote for a satellite solution (2 way) including bandwidth, key-turn installation, technical support and training in Kampala, Uganda. The facilities will eventually be used for ISP purposes, but not at the start.

The deadline for submitting your proposal is June 16th.
