We are existing cybercafe presently on 1.2 dish 3- watt buc and lnb on i-direct modem 3000 series ku band.  The present link is plagued with frequent daily downtimes ranging from 30 minutes to hours.  As a result cannot serve our teeming customers better and cannot meet the enquiries from the schools, colleges and individuals that want connection in our catchment areas.  
We are therefore looking for a very serious and aggressive ISP that wants to expand his C band service in Africa that is prepared to LEASE us the equipments to properly change to C band so as to be able to serve our customers better and meet the susbtantial demand from schools, colleges and individuals that request for connection from us.  With C band we will be able to serve them better and retain them for long.

Is there any ISP that is prepared to LEASE us the equipments such 2.4 or 1.8 anntena dish, 5- watt buc, lnb, base station?  We have i-direct modem already.

You have frequent daily downtimes ranging from 30 minutes to hours ?

Is this due to rainfall ?   Is so, changing to a larger Ku band dish will help.   So would changing to C band, which suffers less in rain.

If the outages are due to network congestion or link congestion then asking the hub to increase your allowance (and pay more) may be the solution.
