Title: Cable distances and site location

I would like to know how far I can string my cables from the dish to receiver in order to receive an acceptable signal. Also if I am not able to raech a satellite in the 90 to 110 range what other sats can be used for Direcway signal in lower range.

HughesNet (formerly Direcway) leases North American transponder space on AMC3, AMC9, G10R, G11, G3C, G16, H1, IA6, IA8, SM5, SM6. That pretty much gives you a wide open window between 83W and 127W.

With the right materials, HughesNet will support runs up to 420 cable feet
