The word ViaSat refers to a US manufacturer of satellite internet modems and also to a satellite television service for Nordic countries.
If you are aiming to "watch" something then it may be the satellite television service you are referring to. In this case note that the Sirius satellite (at 4.8 east longitude) has a Nordic beam aimed at the Nordic countries and the signal level contours over England will be low. The level will depend on where you are located. Near the south east coast looks OK, see below, but further west, say Wales or Cornwall you may need a 1.8m dish or even much larger.
Spectrums below recorded at Chelmsford, Essex, with 85cm dish, just now on the internet using my on-line satellite spectrum analyser.
I've left it set at 13 volts = Horizontal. You need to email me if you want the volts turned up.
The satellite location is at 595 on my antenna position encoder.

Measurements above 11.7 GHz are outside the my compensated calibration range but the on-line spectrum analyser still works quite well.
