Get your polar mount motor main axis angle and the small downward tilt angle of the dish here:
http://www.satsig.net/maps/satellite-tv-dish-pointing-uk-ireland.htm  Write them down.

Follow polar mount instructions using examples here: http://www.satsig.net/polmount.htm

If you can see your house, note the exact direction of due south (downwards on the map) and what you can see that way.  Some prominant landmark perhaps, or measure the exact angle of the wall of your house using a protractor gently laid on your monitor screen.   You need to point your dish bracket at an imaginary satellite exactly due south of you.

For a beginner, it will typically take a week of work to get it set up  a polar mount successfully.  If you do it really carefully you may take a day.
