That would be a ViaSat surfbeam correct? And connectme is correct, contact Pegaso.

The feedback I have gotten from 2 former users in Mexico and 2 former installers in mexico is that Pegaso doesn't deliver reliable VSAT service.  

Personally, I would go with iDirect equipment on Satmex5.

Thanks, I have some equipment surfbeam, I want to activate in PerĂº, is it possible? just need internet, I don't want VoIP, I work with iDirect 3100.

I'm confused. You initially stated Surfbeam, but now you mention iDirect. Could you be a bit more specific as to your needs/desires please?

sorry, I need provider for surfbeam in southamerica, only for internet, I work with others equipments for VoIP.
I want you recommend an Internet provider for Surfbeam

thanks for your help, but Pegaso doesn't offer service in South America, only provide service in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, and Level421 don't work with modem surfbeam

Did you actually contact Level421? I provided a link to their ViaSat coverage areas, and ViaSat makes the SurfBeam modem. I sorta thought 1+1 might equal two. If not, I apologize for any misdirection

Viasat makes Linkstar and Surfbeam modems.  Maybe they support Linkstar modems.
