I am a newbie to satellite internet. I had a laptop crash. I tried to reinstall the software, got a 75% signal but cannot upload. I need the info to put in the config file for the starconnect phone modem connection.
username and password info. Thanks in advance.

It says starband but a few starconnect users post there.
