my problem I have link web page no open but another link open , but this web page link in cybercafe is open .

i did format for PC but not solve.
install FIRFOX browse but not solve .

but somtime this link open with me .
where the problem at modem or IP or DNS or Browser ?

my modem 3100
please any one help me
