What does it mean , in monitor events

ACQ_TX_remote_id=11864827 NID(5)cmd=sweep :fo=14625 bla bla etc

is that remote is being swept for ?

It is an acquisition sweep command being sent from the hub to remote 11864827 on the TDM downstream carrier.
