It is most important that you have a paper drawing of the spectrum of the wanted satellite beam, using your wanted polarisation and your LNB local oscillator frequency.

With that, you can compare what you see on your Satlook analyser with the paper drawing and thus recognise when you come to the wanted satellite.

As a start, draw your own spectrum of known large carriers using data from, say: https://www.lyngsat.com/eam22.html
Choose carriers on your wanted polarisation and subtract your LNB local oscillator frequency to get the L band frequencies for your graph.  Make your L band frequency axis with similar scale and same direction as that of screen on your Satlook.

Best regards, Eric.
