Quick question. My HX50 is commissioned and working. If i were to Factory Reset it now, and reload the config file, and settings, would i have to contact wafa again so i could use it online, or would i be able to get right back on the internet after re-configuring it?

1. It depends upon the circumstances that actually prompt a reset to factory defaults.
2. Do you actually HAVE a current SBC file applicable to your region?
