Have a look at the satellite details and coverage here:
https://www.chinasatcom.com/en/News_Info.aspx?m=20110329113845577061&n=20110329133705937193

The location of ChinaStar 1 (otherwise known as Zhongwei 1 or Chinasat 5A) is 87.5 deg east orbit position.

This page will give you the dish pointing angles:
https://www.satsig.net/maps/satellite-dish-pointing-afghanistan.htm

If your dish does not have an elevation scale find the beam offset angle fro Prodelin (GD satcom)documentation.  https://www.gdsatcom.com/vsat_assembly.php   Then set the front face of the dish vertical.  The beam elevation is then the offset angle. Then adjust exactly by the requred amount to get your wanted beam elevation.

The LNB receives 3.4-4.2 GHz, local oscillator is 5150 MHz and output is 950-1875 MHz inverted.

Contact Chinasat to find out what signal you are supposed to be receiving and then tune your receiver accordingly.

Best regards, Eric.
