Well i want to know about low bit rate carriers over satellite links. Specifically if some one can guide me that systems operating at 256kbit/s and their standards i.e. VSAT, or any other telecommunication system???

Read here about TDMA for satellite internet return links: https://www.satsig.net/vsat-equipment/tdma-explanation.htm If you want to learn about some specific framing structure, ask the manufacturer of that equipment. For the structure of an outlink carrier, search for information about DVB-S and DVB-S2 with RCS return channel.
