Please say where you want this service ?
What uplink speed and what downlink speed ?
Do you want dedicated service - just for you ?
Do you want shared service - others also sharing the use of the 256 kbit/s ?

Well i want to know about systems like ATM, GSM , EDGE etc. I want to know that if any other system operating at low bit rate as low as at 256kbit/s.
