satelite internet connection in Uganda

adam Guest	Sep 2^nd, 2004 at 4:45am I am looking for a low cost (the cheapest possible and the most basic!!!) solution for satelite interent connection for Kiballee Childrens Centre in Uganda. How much would it cost the equipment and installation? How much does it cost the on-going Internet access? Thanks.

We got one way satellite. It means you'd need a dial up for upload channel. The download would go through the dish.

We can get you 4 mbps unlimited for 95 usd / month
(priority 1 : 1/2 fup, unlimited usage)
(priority 2: 1/1 non fup 2000 MB monthly for free)

Installation would be no more than 100 - 150 USD (dish and dvb-s card + cable).
