Alternative service - iWayOnline ?

If someone has a set of equipment provided last year by iWayonline, where can they now go to get service ?  What alternatives are possible ?

Everyone who has experience of solving this problem please say.

the same x-x-x at iwayonline skipped town with our money. incidentally, we have his true identity from the police and are on his heels. He goes by the name x-x-x-x. Contact me for more info on that x-x of the x-x-x.
