can i get nilesat and hotbird in chicago ??

Hello, im not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but  im trying to get the nilesat and hotbird on free to air reciever is that possible here in chicago ?? i have fta reciever from over seas and i can't seem to get a signale , the reciever is hooked to 26inch dish??

I live in Southeast Florida (Weston, zip 33327). Can I get Hotbird?
