I'm also looking for a satellite service provider in Ecuador.

The organization I'm advising is located in the Andes in north-western ecuador. They have a current internet budget of $100/month for land-line, and are willing to spend more than that for satellite service, but probably not very much more. They are also willing to spend some money ($3000 or less) on equipment. Does anybody have any advice about service providers that fit those criteria?

I have scanned the 'Americas' page and sent some emails, but if anyone has first-hand insight I'd love to hear it.

Thanks.
