Looking for cheap 1 or 2way sat provider in the uk

Looking for cheap 1 or 2way sat provider in the uk (south wales)

If its one way sat i am looking for a provider which i can use with a pci card e.g skystar2,

Or if its a two way vsat provider am looking for a provider who can supply very cheap new or used equipment that i can install myself as i am a install engineer,
