I have a problem with LinkStar addresses
My client have 4 systems on remote sites for telemetry use.
2 of them are SkyStar (Gilat 360e) and two are D-Star (Viasat LinkStar).
Simple connection between Linkstar system is not possible, while between Skystars and SkyStar to Linkstar works well.
Symply said i can ping LinkStar from SkyStar and SkyStar from SkyStar but i can not ping LinkStar from LinkStar.
Both LinkStar systems are on the same hub and have attached neighboring public IP subnets.
I tried to solve the problem with NOC SkyLogic thru their complicated support procedure and have answer that from their point of view everything is ok.
I still have BIG problem with customer.

Any idea?

I know that some of the network operators running on a SkyLogic teleport ban remote-to-remote traffic on most of their service packages by default. There's very little you can do if that is the case.

Thank you, I supposed something like that.
It is funy situation that you have two systems with ip addresses hidden to each other and 'public' to rest of the world due to stupid routing policy of the operator.
Irony is that I recommended LinkStar to customer as 'better' choice...
It seems that I wil have to recomend switch to SkyStar.
Btw traffic between units is realy small by volume, but must be 24/7 steady
