iDirect status LED, what's going on ? !

hello
i have big problem for first time in my life (very strange problem )
i have idirect 3100 and 2.4 antainaa  i upgrade the modem software to 7.1.1
and i note the status light is off (before always on)and
im useing the isite 7.1
to tray to point the antainaa i didn't get any signal even lees the 2 like no LNB at all when i use the telnet(RX SNR) im getting 0.3000
only maximum i get 2.8 when im tray  to point hard  after i start  the process  im getting 0.3000 again

im trying to lock intellsat 904 in C band circuler polarizer also  the satellite covering my area
im using norsat 8515 LNB

pleas if any one have any information about this problem
replay to me any advice are welcome 2

hello

i get the solution for that problem its the firewall to get the signal  just tun off he firewall completely  and open port number 9001 and 9002  UDP its simple like that 
about the status light gos off when you upgrade to ver 7.***
and that mean it normal and ok
i hope this information will help some one
