I live in Windsor, Ontario and I have an apartment on the east wall of my building. I'm wondering if there is any satellite system I can buy that I can point the dish south-east and get similar service to dishnet.

All but EchoStar 3 are west of your location. If  DishNetwork is your only choice, you'll have to be satisfied to receive whatever programming they put on that satellite (61.5W)

But DirecTV isn't any better. They too only have one satellite east of you (DTV 1R @ 72.5W)
