Is the symbol rate correct ?

2500000 may be correct if you are in a small network.
Large networks tend to use symbol rates like 25000000

Best regards, Eric.

Is it working normally now ?

Don't worry about the uncorrected error counts unless they are actually increasing.  Repeat tcmp command and see if the uncorrected error count has increased.   When you power on the modem, the count is zero.  After start up the count may have increased during the initial carrier acquisition.  Any interruption of the beam, pointing movements etc will also create outages and increase the count, as will severe rain attenuation. The uncorrected error count may stay the same for several or many hours.

Best regards, Eric.

Dear Mr. Erick

I use two antena & two modem in the same time & same place to know the modem is normali or not, but one modem is not good & then other modem is good/normal.
FYI in the modem linkstar S1 if this case same i replace Tuner IC MAX21...  and then its normal again. but in the modem S2 and S2A i dont know to repair because the tuner ic is not same with Linkstar S1. can your tell me which one ic tuner i have to replace if the modem S2 dosen't recive. the ic = STB0899 or STB6100 ?

Best Regards,

Nurdin

I don't know.

You could try contacting ViaSat directly for tech support regarding repairs.  They have a LinkStar repair centre at Skylogic in Italy, and in the US.   They may insist that you send the entire modem for repair using their RMA procedure.  Find out the cost in advance since the cost may be not far short of that for a new modem, so consider simply getting a new modem also.

Best regards, Eric.
