Radyne Comstream was acquired by Comtech EF Data.  They have taken over most of the product line but IPsat does not appear to be one of them.  Is are a wide range of equipment options for satellite service and the appropriate one would be best determined by your network requirements.  Feel free to contact me if I may assist further if you wish to offer some details on what your are looking for and the location.
