Dear...
Check the RX Freq in your Option file and track with your OC if it the same RX Freq they are using at the moment, cause if you are using a wrong RX Frq in your OPT file you will never get RX lock even if you are pointing 100% to the right satalite. by the way whats the satalite you are pointing to and whats your site GPS Data?

Regards..

Dear ...

your azm dgree should be: 260.79
your elev dgree should be : 38.47  "whats the offset angle for your antenna?"
your polarization angle should be : 77.1

are these numbers match your callcolation for the antenna pointing?

Regards..

1) Check to make sure you have the right options file.
2) Ensure you are properly pointed
3) Check for DC voltage on your LNB (if required).   Is it getting power?
4) Check your rx cabling.
