The files are the same for two models.

What iDS are you upgrading from?

An 8.x upgrade requires 2 files (3 if you count the options file).  You will need:

1. cumulative_update-8.X.X.X.pkg (X's represent the version of 8 that you are upgrading to)
2. remote-8.X.X.X.pkg

You will also need your 8.X options file.

Ensure you get a hold of iSite 8.X to install it all...

Install the cumulative update (Phoenix BSP) first followed by the remote package and lastly the options file.  Do not reboot the unit until you are done with the options file.  If there is a remote chance you MAY lose power, use a UPS to ensure that you dont have an interruption in the process.
