Need Help for VoIP on HN7740

Sometimes we are able to use this VOIP lines and sometimes not. It will display cause code 34 (No Circuit/Channel Available) if we telnet to IDU. What is the cause of this problem?.

Weather conditions affect satellite connections on both ends. On a clear day at your location, it might be pouring down rain at the distant earth terminal. If/when their link with the satellite is disrupted, it affects your end as well.

I make it a point to bookmark a weather page in my browser, so that I'm able to periodically check for pending conditions that may affect my NOC.
