TooWay in Russia Moscow ?????

I am sorry but the Ka band beams do not extend far enough eastwards for Moscow.

It looks like 4 russian Ka-Sat beams are exclusively operated by GPKS.

I refer to article at https://www.telesputnik.ru/archive/pdf/200/10.pdf

Russian contracts for Ka-Sat are much more expensive.
