Whether works TooWay in Moscow?

Whether specify please will work TooWay (https://www.bentley-walker.com/services_tooway.php) in Moscow (Russia) from companion EuroBird 3 Spot C?

Eurobird 3 Spot C. Here is the gif image from the BW page.  I have drawn 3 lines to try and mark where Moscow is located.

Moscow is on the 40 dBW downlink contour, so about -10 dB down from the flat topped 50 dBW beam centre area.

The -10 dB contour implies dish about 10 times as large in area than normal (3.2 times the diameter).  Any slight movement of the satellite beam mis-pointing and the level will go up and down significantly since the beam edge is steep.  The uplink beam contours need to be examined also and may be worse than the downlink, with regard to the Moscow location.

Read more about someone else trying the same thing: Tooway in Moscow. See the last message on page 2.  After a lot of work it was just marginally workable with 1.8m dish and 4 watt BUC. I suggest you send Alexander Efremov an email and meet up with him for advice.
