iDirect 3100 Root Password

ITCITY GLOBALCOMMUNICATIONS Senior Member ★★★ Offline Posts: 83	Sep 1^st, 2010 at 10:17am I downgrade an iDirect infinity 3100 from 10.0.1 to 7.1.1 but i cant access root and admin(telnet), i have tried changing the password yet i cant access it with the new one. Any clue on how i can recover the remote ?
