Hello All,

I've stumbled across the Satellite Signals Web forum researching other issues in the past, and now I have new problem that has us stumped.

We had an iDirect 3000/3 watt system up and running for two days with no problems. Now lost service and the TX and NET LEDs are alternatively blinking and system will not connect:

TX - Green, 1 second on
then
NET - Orange, 3 seconds on

Have not seen this combination before. Other lights normal.

Is there an extended troubleshooting guide to the LED codes, or can anyone shed light on this issue?

The TX illuminating is normal.  That is indicative of the modem attempting to burst back to the Hub Line csard.  NET being orange is also normal because you are out of the network.

1.  Have the hub check you power levels.  You may need to be probed into the network.
2.  Have the hub confirm you are able to put up a CW and modulated carrier (the MOD carrier confirms that your SSPA is functional).

Does the NET LED ever green up?  Even briefly?
