Dear All,

We have many terminals of iDirect 5100 and 3100 that was working with package 7.0.7.0 properly, when changing the provider that is using the iDx 2.0.1.0 , I faced a strange performance of two of our modems.

the Tx LED goes to off and the remote became out of the network after about 10 mins. from logging on to the net for two terminals (one 5100 and the other 3100).

All other modems working fine without any problems.
I tried to replace the BUC , Cables, connectors , reload the software (Linux, package and option file)and even replaced the LNB but no way.

Waiting your thankful comments.....

VBR

1. Does the Tx LED illuminate at all?
2.  From Telnet, what is your rx snr on the modems?
3. Are you feeding these remotes GPS or are they hard coded?
4.  Have you spoken to the hub to get their assessment?

Start looking at your 7.x and 2.0 options files and note the differences (be advised, the 2.0 opt may be a little hard to read with hyperterm).
