Idirect 3000 series, no traffic

Hi. I have this problem recently, my internet stop working after few minutes of browsing with all the leds showing green. Same problem comes up again after restart. What could cause this problem? I logon to isite and everything was green.  But it takes 4 to 5 minutes before tx, rx, and net led turns green, is that normal? I use 1.2m cband antenna and idirect 3000 sat router. Thanks
