Cisco WaaS compatibility with Idirect

Hello Friends,
Need information if there are anything in particular that we would need to do on the VSAT/Idirect modem to ensure cisco WaaS traffic normal passage. The problem
occurs which the TCP sessions are exceeding 1000 and lot's of UDP traffic passes over the Idirect X5 this hangs the X5 and without a reboot the link does not restore to normalcy. Kindly suggest what can be done.

Ed, did you find an answer?

I know that X5 has a limitation on TCP session and on pps rate.

1000 TCP sessions is a lot for X5. I made a tests that showed that CPU reaches 100% at 512kb/s UDP stream with 20B payload size.

as for waas, I assume that TCP acceleration should be enabled on WAAS or X5, you should not use 2 TCP accelerators on one link.
