I am using Radyne DMD20 modem for SATCOM transmission of video data.
I have a area restrictions where I can not use RADYNE modem at my transmitter end.
I would still like to use Radyne Modem in the receiver as it has been tested already with QPSK modulation, Viterbi 1/2 with standard parameters.
Now I want to upgrade my FEC scheme to TPC (1/2). But I am unable to use it because I dont have the parameters which needs to set on a custom TPC.
I need details about the TPC (1/2) used in Radyne modem DMD20, so that I can customize my own FEC scheme.
I have been trying this for a while without any luck. Please help me with this.

The data sheet for the DMD20 is here: https://www.comtechefdata.com/files/datasheets/ds-DMD20.pdf

The TPC option is a hardware option, so if not installed you need to buy add on hardware.  Consider also the LDPC FEC option.

Contact Comtech to ask about their TPC (or LDPC) code format so you can develop your own transmit software to give compatible operation. Hopefully, but not by any means certain, Comtech will be using some public standard LDPC or TPC technique.

Best regards, Eric.
