iDirect X3 problem

Please my iDirect x3 modem the TX always go off most likely in the afternoon, and if i restart it will work for like 3 to 5m and the TX will go off again. Please some one should tell me what the problem might be. Thank you.

Hi,

Is the Transmit light on the modem going off at the same time also? Does the remote loose the rx lock?

Check the antenna pointing to make sure that it is peaked. Confirm that the modem is putting out the VDC on the tx cable for the BUC.

What have you looked at so far?
