Dear Mr. Eric

We have installed HN 9260 satellite router for one of our customer. Now this customer has internet services and trying to connect remotely to a VPN server. Customer is unable to connect. Provider says all ports are open. The terminal is assigned public IP. Is it possible to check open ports on that satellite modem installed at customer site and verify that all UDP and TCP ports are open. Tried port scanner but it shows only port 80 available.

Might be a latency problem. It's my understanding that HN-xxxx and DW-xxxx customers desiring acceptable VPN and/or VOIP service need optional accelerator service from those providers who are actually equipped to provide it

Is there any specific method or software we can use to verify open ports.
