Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to transmit in mix format (PAL/NTSC) on a single carrier. I think it will be possible since it's all digital. The restrictions would be the standard per country and set top boxes. The boxes would have to receive that specific channel, right?

Been looking around on the net, couldn't find an answer on this. kindly provide your opinion. Thank you.

I do not think , it is possible.
It is not necessary either.
Present TV sets can automatically detect the formats (PAL/SECAM or NTSC 3.58).

Thanking you
