For about two hours all beams were down because the tooway Dns where down and still skylogic is not allowing to us to use different dns.

If we can choice secondary dns arbitrary it solves everything

This from the satellite operator:

please be informed that we are still working in order to solve an anomalous behavior which is affecting the Kasat services on all Beams.

Moreover for the same technical reason, also the OSS portal still be not fully functional.

Not all Tooway customers are affected, mine has been working fine all day ... not much comfort if you've lost your connection, though.

I too encounter the same problems. Slow, sometimes very slow response of the Eutelsat DNS server.  This happen on the DNS server 95.210.254.8 and 95.210.254.9.  Eutelsat not allow me to use OPENDNS, but it seems to accept the google DNS server.  Maybe you can try the google DNS server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

For me is not possible to use 8.8.8.8 and other, always the traffic is redireced to his own DNS. The have the redirection on port 53 to their own DNS.

I did in the past, installing a computer with linux, with squid (proxy cache) and named (dns and dns cache), but after some hours, the ViaSat disconnect the computer, and I need to restart, is not comun, but couldnīt resolve it
