DOES NOT WORK - CLIENT-SIDE PROXY STATISTICS DISCONNECTED?

Hi!

Installed Tooway Satellite, but it didn't work.. Can this be the problem?
"Client-Side Proxy Statistics Disconnected"
?

I don't know what to do.. and both numbers are below 10.  Sad

The problem is that you are not receiving a good satellite signal. Rx S/N=-3dB or Rx S/N=0dB means the receiver is listening to background noise only from the first  transistor in the LNB in front of the antenna.  Most likely you are not pointed at the satellite. Keep working on it till you get the maximum possible Rx S/N value, typically up about +14dB. It depends on your location.

Set the elevation angle accurately and the swing the dish boldly sideways to find the satellite.

0 signal. Just a yellow circle. Not signal
