Here is the full explanation on how the new Tooway Extra/100GB package works...

0-35GB
You will have full access to the service including the new capable speeds of 22Mbps down and 6Mbps up these are the headline rates.

35-100GB:
• During congestion time: in case of congestion, Eutelsat’s congestion management algorithm reduces traffic load, while giving a preference to (i.e., having a lesser effect on) services and applications that require less transmission bandwidth such as web page browsing and email. During periods of congestion, bandwidth intensive applications such as video streaming and file downloading may be slowed more than other applications: as a result, the quality of video streaming may be reduced and/or buffering may occur. In addition, file downloads may take longer to complete during periods of congestion.
• During peak hours: only web and email will be provided (4pm to 10pm)

• Traffic generated from 00 AM to 06:00 AM is not accounted

• Beyond 100 GB, only web and email will be provided.

Guidelines to determine whether online activities are considered web pages or email...

In order to be certain to fully enjoy, when experiencing service limitation, web browsing and email, you need to follow all of the guidelines below (otherwise no service will be available):
• Virtual private network (VPN) and remote access software must be turned off
• You must be using a web browser application. Only static (non-video, non-music) content viewed within a web pages application qualifies as web browsing and/or email. Content viewed in other applications may not be considered web pages or email (e.g. Android, iPhone or iPad apps other than web browsers)
• Web Browser URLs must begin with https:// or https://. This means ftp:// and other types of sites that launch external applications will not be classified as web traffic
• Email attachments must be 10 MB in size or less

• Send/receive emails
• Check your Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ news feed
• Manage your bank account or stock portfolio
• Read news and magazine articles and pictorials
• Write a blog article, post comments, and engage in forums
• Buy and sell on your favorite online stores

Total volume consumed (all protocols/applications included) in an accounting cycle from 6 AM to 23:59
