The antenna structure should be overall inspected to ensure that antenna can worked safe and reliable. Please turn off antenna when inspect.
1, Check if the appearance of the antenna surface, feed, LNB and duplexer is intact and if the interface is tight.
2, Check if the seal ring of the corrugated horn is broken, it should be promptly replaced if damaged, so that to prevent the feed from water.
3, Paint lubricating oil on the connecting hole that connect the feed bracket and feed system at regular time.
4, Plus electric to the equipment for loopback test, in order to test working performance of the antenna feed.
5, When using the antenna in the strong wind, you have to hit the ground bolt or find heavy weight to pressure the azimuth wheel, and there must be someone to pay attention to the antenna to avoid antenna overturned by the wind.
