Looking for VSAT satellite internet Installer in Southern Illinois IL

I was wondering if anyone can help me, I live in Southern Illinois, Makanda, 3 miles south of Carbondale and have not been able to find the original installer of my equipment.  DirecWay has had the audacity to tell my friend who is using the equipment that they could not help us find an installer to re-align the dish.  It seems that the dish has moved, it is still in its original location but the signals are now weak.  We can not get a strength above the mid fifties, was wondering if anyone had any ideas or installer info, thanks!

What was the average signal strength when you owned it?  
On which satellite/transponder?
Is the new owner on the same satellite/transponder?
If not, please specify new satellite/transponder assignment.
