Do you want to sell your house ?

If so, simply send me your details and I will put them here.   Interested people can then contact you directly by email or by phone  - no problems.

Once your details are showing your details will remain until you ask for them to be removed.   This is just a helpful service arising from the sale of a relative's house.  Its purpose is to let you feature your house-for-sale details.    There is a charge: £50 + vat.

What you need to do.

Send me an email to eric@satsig.net with a long write up by yourself about your house for sale.   Write a friendly, helpful and accurate description.

You may attach to the email any digital images of the house and views from the house that you wish.  Don't worry about formatting and resizing the images.  I can sort out such technicalities.

In the text include:
Description of the the area: Name of town, views, environment, schools, shops, bus stop etc.
Description of the house: Number of bedrooms etc. 
Price
Contact details - email only suggested - you may include your name and phone number if you really want, but rather like having your phone number in the phone directory this reduces your privacy and you may receive unwanted attention.  Email only is suggested. It is also recommended that your exact address is omitted 

The more you write the better.  If you have children, ask them to write their contributions, mentioning their favourite features.
